From coastlines to buoys to depth soundings and nav-aids, Passport Charts contains all the information you need for a safe and easy navigation at home or anywhere around the globe.

Passport Deluxe Bahamas offers the best chart coverage ever offered for the Bahamas. It offers Passport World Charts (vector charts), Navigation Photos, a Ports and Services database and recommended routes. Passport Deluxe Bahamas also includes sub-meter navigation photo tha shows the Bahamas chain in incredible detail.

Each Passport Deluxe region contains a World Folio of vector charts on DVD and includes a voucher good for a single coverage area that can be redeemed on the Web or by relephone. All additional navigation data comes on a separate and included DVD(s).

Nobeltec Navigation software uses Bathy Maps in three ways:


Bathy Map usage:

•	Nobeltec RouteWizard: This tool makes creating routes as easy as 1-2-3! Simply click your starting and ending waypoints, enter the route parameters (such as depth settings), and the RouteWizard will automatically draw the route for you.
•	3D Navigator: Shows your surrounding area as a full color three-dimensional grid. Choose from a variety of settings including the ability to see a Passport vector chart overlaid on top of a 3D grid.
•	ShadedRelief: Using the Passport Bathy Map data, this feature allows you to create a two-dimensional topographic map on top of Passport vector charts.
•	Near Land Contours: This feature allows you to create your own near-land contour lines on Passport vector charts.

Passport Deluxe Regions are supported by Nobeltec software versions 6.0 and later. If you are using version 6.0, you need to install the 6.5 Feature Pack which can be found on the enclosed World Folio DVD.

PLEASE NOTE: No prior versions have been tested or approved for Vista. At present time, some optional 3rd party applications or drivers included with Nobeltec Navigation Software do not operate under Vista. Jeppesen Marine is researching these outstanding issues with our partner companies, working to verify Vista compliance. We will notify users as more information becomes available. Here are some specific notes on Vista support:

Installation of v9.1 from Jeppesen CDs is required. Upgrades from prior versions do not include changes required for Vista support. (In other words, the downloaded patch to v9.1 does not include Vista support changes. Registered v9 customers may purchase the v9.1 CD from Nobeltec Sales directly.)
Only clean/new installations of 32-bit Vista are supported; upgrades from prior Operating Systems are not.
SkyMate "Connect Window" not supported under Vista at this time.
The version of OCENS WeatherNet installer shipping with Nobeltec Admiral is not Vista compatible; check at OCENS.com for an updated installer.
Nobeltec InSight Radar Black Box (IR2-BB) drivers are supported only for Windows XP and 2000 at this time.
Sea Level drivers for Vista are available at the Sealevel.com website.

In order to load Passport Deluxe on your PC, your computer must meet the following minimum system requirements.

•	Microsoft® Windows® 2000 or XP Home Edition/Professional (Latest Service Pack maybe required for Technical Support troubleshooting)
•	Pentium® III 450 MHz or equivalent
•	128 MB RAM
•	16 MB video card
•	50 MB available had disk space (additional space required for charts or other data)
•	Nobeltec® Navigation Software 7.0 or Higher
•	Permits from Nobeltec® World Folio™ 19 (or Newer) Regions
•	16 bit color VGA-compatible display (or better)
•	DVD-ROM drive
•	Mouse or other pointing device
•	Internet access required for registration and to purchase software add-ons and charts



•	Recommended: Microsoft Windows 2000/XP Pro, Pentium IV class 1.0 GHz with 256 MB RAM or better.
